I was very excited when I found this dish in the healthy frozen food section of Walmart. It had a price sticker of $2.99 on it (which, if you think about it, isn't that bad for a lunch) and rung up for 2.49! What up!!!!
Anyway, today I'm enjoying a Healthy Choice now Top Chef Cafe Steamer, the Roasted Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms. One of those things you microwave for 5 minutes, then dump the noodles, chicken, and veggies into the sauce and mix that baby up.
240 calories!!! And it's delicious... spicy... (weird)... but delicious! While that calories are low, this thing does have some other issues... In my opinion it's high in Cholesterol, Sodium, and maybe a little high on the carbs.
I guess that's this world though, if you cut calories you have to have high everything else. Can we win at this eating game? I've determined, no.
Also with the lunch, a single wrapped Nutty Bar and Crystal Light Lemonade (not pictured).
