I mean, let's look at the facts. If you're SUPPOSED to take in 2,000 calories a day. I take in around 600 (max) between breakfast and lunch, go to the gym and burn 600 (at least), I feel like I'm back at my 2,000 for dinner. Right? Right.
Yep, totally gave into that craving from yesterday. I looked up the nutrition information on what I had. Quesadilla? 510 calories. Nachos & Cheese? 330.Taco? 210. Raspberry Iced Tea? Actually couldn't find. But let's just end the tally right around 1,000.
To tomorrow? :-/ PB&J for lunch! I'm actually excited!
