2/14/12: Dinner


Yeah this is gonna be a little rough...

I decided that because I ate bad for lunch, I should eat what I originally brought to work for lunch... for dinner. Just as before, the Top Chef Chicken Marsala... wasn't that good this time around, but just as cheap... only 240 calories.


I figured that because I didn't eat all of it (it wasn't that good, so there was a lot of that sauce it swims in and veggies left over) I wanted something else. When I was at the store tonight I was looking for a good snack that was healthy. So I found some... Special K Cheddar Cracker Chips... 


Not that good. Maybe it's the cheddar flavor I'm not a fan of? But the other flavors didn't sound appetizing at all. So I got about 10 chips in and decided... eh. So lets see 27 chips are 110 calories. So 27/110=4.08. So about 4 calories per chip. So.... 10 chips, we'll say 40 calories.

And... because I was still hungry... :-/ ....


Yep. That's 210 calories. But... at least the peanut butter has protein... right? Grand total on the night, 490. Not bad for a dinner I guess. Oh yeah, I also had a pickle.... not pictured. 0 calories, lots o sodium. Oops. :P
