1/31/12: Workout

Not a bad workout tonight. My Tuesday/Thursday days are definitely easier, and whoever in the hell came up with a "Plank", sucks. They just flat-out suck. But it's whatev.

Very creeped out about posting a picture, for a few reasons:
1. Obviously I don't want people to make fun, but I think anyone reading this blog is smart enough to realize I'm attempting to do some good here, and at least I'm working out... so I hope they won't poke fun.
2. It's just flat out creepy to put shirtless pictures of myself on the internet. Maybe once I have abs and stuff, yeah, sure, fine. But when you're a fatty? No, no.

Oh, well.

Today's Reason: 2. So I can fit into a size 29 pants.

I realize dropping 2.5 pounds in 24 hours is probably dangerous, but I also can say that I know your weight fluctuates 2-3 pounds daily, and the scale I'm using is at the gym... and may not be the most reliable, but it's what I got.

And finally... sigh...
