1/30/12: Workout

Okay, so I was going to post a picture, but I determined there's no good way to do so with the iPhone and include your whole body, so that will have to start tomorrow... and I'm still a little uneasy about putting a shirtless picture on the internet of me... but... I guess if it's for the benefit of getting in shape... right?
